Floating Holidays:

All eligible employees hired on or before June 30th will receive four (4) floating holidays for the 2025 calendar year. These can be used for birthdays, anniversaries or other holidays that the employees want to observe that are not included in those observed by the Company.

If the first day of employment occurs between July 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025, the employee will receive two (2) floating holidays. Holiday hours do not carry over year to year and are not paid out when leaving the Company.

In order to receive holiday pay for the floating holiday, the employee must select “Floating Holiday” in our time reporting system, UKG. Hours must be used in full day increments.

Part-time regular employees are eligible to receive applicable prorated floating holiday pay. Holiday pay is not available while an employee is on a leave of absence.

Employees should notify their immediate supervisor at least 30 days in advance of a floating holiday that they wish to take.

Note:

Salaried and full time non-exempt employees will receive 8 hours of Holiday pay per holiday.

Part time non-exempt employees will receive 4 hours of Holiday pay per holiday.

Interns and seasonal employees will not receive Holiday pay.

Contractors are not eligible for Holiday pay.
